Now you talk to an adviser, who talks to a tech, who talks to a GM tech, who talks to an engineer. And when that goes wrong, you talk to a service manager who knows nothing about it, who talks to a service advisor, who talks to a tech, who talks to a GM tech, who talks to a GM engineer. And when that goes wrong you talk to a GM customer service person who knows even less and start all over again and the end result after all that waisted time and money is ZERO. If GM wants to cut cost I can suggest a place to start.

I’m running full-width Wagoneer axles. One thing I did that I haven’t seen before is that I cut and replaced all of the crossmembers, widening the frame to match the front axle spring pad widths. Seriously, that’s the only four core choices you’re getting here. The idea being that no matter what you choose for those four choices, everything is mix and match if you want it to be. Note in particular that the only groupset options are with a power meter, or with a crankset designed to add a power meter to it later.

Not everyone needs to use the miter gauge on a table saw since there’s typically going to be a miter saw around. If you do, you’ll like the positive locking detents at common angles.
