No Black Label. Given its positioning as the entry-level model, Lincoln has decided not to offer a Black Label version of the Corsair—at least for now. If nothing else, that will help the optics when customers look at the price spread for the compact CUV. (Pricing hasn’t been announced, but we expect the Corsair to start in the mid $30Ks. A Black Label version would have cost perhaps $15,000 to $20,000 more.)

If you don’t need to rip beyond the 2-1/2″ capacity, it has the power to stand alone. You’ll have to decide if you need a second battery, though.

Good eye! I missed that. However the “PM” that comes on the Di2 bike is an inactive P2Max NG Eco – you have to pay ~$400 to activate it. Until you do that, it’s just a really heavy crankset spider.

The brakes offered a substantial amount of power, and the bite was achieved at a steady ramp-up. I rarely found myself unintentionally locking up the rear wheel, even under last-second braking to set up for a corner. This is not to say that the brakes couldn’t be locked up if necessary, they just don’t have the on-or-off intensity of some hydraulic disc brakes.

Up front, we’ll find a fully-adjustable 43mm Ohlins NIX fork featuring 4.9 inches of travel—that’s 0.2-inches over the previous generation and meant to deal with greater braking forces. Just to sum I up I can take about any vehicle and present good and bad on any of them. Be it problems, cheap sort cuts or just poor design. They all have em and they all got them if one is honest. The gaps between all models was large but no longer.

But for me coming from an eTAP bike as my primary bike, this felt like the relatively perfect incremental update for me from a tech standpoint. It wasn’t a drastic change. And while the terrain on our ride was hilly enough to lend itself well to the 12-speed setup and increased shifting range, I honestly didn’t notice a significant difference in terms of available gears. Perhaps if I were to have ridden an 11-speed setup on the exact same route as part of a weekly ride or something I’d have noticed it, but it’s less likely when the terrain is somewhat foreign to you.

Dust collection can seem like an afterthought for jobsite table saws. The fact that you’re outside, often on an unoccupied site, negates the need to collect your dust. But breathing that stuff doesn’t do your lungs any favors. That’s why dust collection is so important. Of course, if you’re working inside or in an occupied structure, collecting all that dust will make the cleanup part of your day easier to deal with. Since we’re not talking about concrete dust regulations, even a standard shop vac will be a good bet to help contain the mess.
